Certified Public Accountant and Auditor since 2010, he has been collaborating with Terzuolo-Brunero & Partners since 2006 and became a partner in 2010.

He regularly collaborates with the Department of Management of the University of Turin, where he is an Assistant Professor in Tax Law, Tax Law II and International Tax Law. In 2013-2014, he was Adjunct Professor in International and EU Tax Law in the Business Finance and Financial Markets degree course at the Faculty of Management of the University of Turin, where he is also an Honorary Fellow in Tax Law.

He specializes in domestic and international tax law and corporate law and he has been dealing with trusts and asset protection instruments for several years. He also concerns himself with strategic planning, extraordinary transactions and tax litigation.

In 2006, Alessandro Terzuolo received a Bachelor’s Degree with honors in Business Administration from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Turin.

In 2008, he obtained a Master’s Degree in Economics summa cum laude from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Turin (Accounting Professions major).

He is a speaker at various conferences on international taxation and asset protection instruments.

He is specialized in the dental field and publishes monthly articles in various dental sector publications, such as DoctorOs, Odontoiatria33 and AIO News. He is a speaker at seminars and conventions for the medical sector on company law and tax matters.

He is the author of scientific publications and collaborates with specialized reviews and academic journals in the area of taxation. He regularly speaks at events organized by national training organizations for Certified Public Accountants and Accounting Experts.

He is Treasurer and founder of Businessjus, a Multidisciplinary Professional Association.

He is an active member of the Piero Piccatti – Aldo Milanese Higher Educational School and of Working Groups organized by the Certified Public Accountant Professional Association of Turin on “Trusts”, “International Relations” and “Business Networks”.

In 2018-2020, he was a member of the Scientific Committee on Tax organized by the National Youth Association of Certified Public Accountants.
